Prince William Will Participate in COP30 Climate Summit in South America
Prince William is scheduled to attend the COP30 climate summit in Brazil during November, according to the royal household.
The father and son duo made a joint appearance on Thursday evening at a event leading up to the environmental conference, which is set to be held in the northern Brazilian city of Belém.

Climate Leadership Commitment
King Charles has been a longstanding advocate of environmental conservation - and Prince William has inherited the mission, with his own Earthshot awards, which will be taking place in South America before the climate conference.
Official representatives have described William's involvement at the upcoming climate summit as stepping up an crucial position in "environmental negotiations".
Recent Engagements
The King and Prince of Wales, arriving together in the state Bentley, were welcomed attendees such as environmentalists, researchers, climate change campaigners, foreign representatives and government officials.
This involvement involved presentations together with French leader Macron of France and other international figures at the Ocean Finance Summit in the Principality of Monaco earlier this year.
Environmental Prize Connection
The climate conference will align with the William's personal sustainability recognition program, which will wrap up in Rio de Janeiro the previous day he joins the COP summit on 6 November.
